Booking with San Trekking is simple and transparent. Follow these four steps and your Nepal adventure will be confirmed in no time.
Step 1
Make sure the trip is right for you
Before submitting your booking, take time to thoroughly review the tour you are interested in. Our detailed trip pages include everything you need to make an informed decision.
Study the day-by-day itinerary carefully. Note the daily distances, altitude gains, and overnight locations. Make sure the schedule fits your available travel dates.
Review the deposit requirements, payment schedule, and cancellation terms. Understand the refund policy so there are no surprises should your plans change.
Every trip has a grade β from easy to strenuous. Be honest about your current fitness level and prior trekking experience to choose the right trek for you.

Step 2
Submit your online reservation
Once you have decided on your trek, complete our online reservation form. This secures your spot and provides us with the information we need to plan your trip in detail.
Provide your full name (as it appears on your passport), nationality, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
Specify your preferred start date, trip duration, and any customisations such as private guiding, extra acclimatisation days, or add-on activities.
Share any relevant medical conditions or dietary requirements. Provide an emergency contact. This information is kept confidential and used only for your safety.
You will receive an email acknowledgement within 24 hours confirming receipt of your application. A member of our team will review your details and follow up within one business day.
Step 3
Secure your booking with 20% deposit
A deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is paid in cash (USD) upon your arrival in Kathmandu before the trek begins. We accept payments by bank wire transfer or credit/debit card online.
Preferred method β no fees from our side
After sending the transfer, email a copy of your receipt to info@santrekking.com with your booking reference. Wire transfers typically arrive within 3β5 business days. Your bank may charge an outgoing wire fee.
Visa, Mastercard & Amex accepted via Stripe
After your application is reviewed, we will send you a secure Stripe payment link. Enter your card details on the Stripe-hosted page β we never see or store your card information.
Balance Payment
The remaining 80% balance is paid in cash (USD) in Kathmandu on your first day, before the trek departs. No card fees or transfer charges apply to the balance payment.

Step 4
Your adventure is officially booked
Once your deposit payment is received and verified, we will send your official booking confirmation. From this point your place on the trek is guaranteed.
Email a copy of your bank transfer receipt or Stripe confirmation to info@santrekking.com. This speeds up verification, especially for wire transfers.
We will email you a formal booking confirmation letter with your trip details, itinerary, and a pre-departure information pack covering packing lists, permits, and what to expect.
You will be assigned a personal trip coordinator who will be your point of contact from booking through to your return home. Ask them anything, any time.
Once confirmed, your permits and domestic flights will be booked immediately. We recommend booking early β popular treks like Everest Base Camp fill up months in advance.
