Our straightforward two-step payment structure gives you flexibility and peace of mind.
At time of booking confirmation
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your dates. This triggers our logistics planning, including trekking permits, accommodation reservations, and domestic flight bookings.
At least 30 days before trek start date
The remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 30 days before your trek departure date. This allows us to finalize all arrangements including permits, domestic flights, and guide assignments.
Last-minute bookings: For treks starting within 30 days, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
Direct bank-to-bank transfer to our Nepalese bank account. The preferred method for large amounts.
Request our full bank details by emailing info@santrekking.com or through your booking confirmation.
Initiate an international wire transfer from your bank (online or in-person).
Use your booking reference number as the payment reference or description.
Email us the transfer receipt or screenshot for faster processing.

Complete your booking form on our website or confirm your trek via email.
Receive a secure Stripe payment link sent to your registered email address.

Include your booking reference number in the payment note or description.
