Please read these terms carefully before booking with San Trekking Pvt Ltd. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit (20% of the total trip cost) and a completed booking form. The remaining balance (80%) is due at least 30 days prior to the trek departure date.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
By submitting a booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided on the booking form is accurate and complete.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and debit card payments may incur a 3% processing fee. All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD); where applicable, the exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply.
Official receipts are issued for all payments received. Please retain your receipts for your records.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@santrekking.com. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice. Refund amounts are calculated as follows:

Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees and payment processing charges are non-refundable.
San Trekking Pvt Ltd reserves the right to alter itineraries, accommodation, and transportation arrangements if necessary due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to participants as promptly as possible. No refund will be issued for unused services resulting from itinerary modifications made for safety or logistical reasons.
Any additional costs arising from itinerary changes (including extended accommodation, additional transport, or extra meals) shall be borne by the participant unless the change was caused by proven negligence on the part of San Trekking Pvt Ltd.
San Trekking Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events), including but not limited to:
In the event of force majeure, we will offer you the choice of rebooking your trip to an alternative date (subject to availability) or a credit note for future travel with San Trekking valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Cash refunds in force majeure situations are at the sole discretion of San Trekking Pvt Ltd.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Your insurance policy must cover the following at minimum:
You must provide proof of valid insurance before the trek start date. San Trekking Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse participation to any trekker who cannot provide adequate insurance documentation. No refund will be given in such cases.
Trekking in the Himalayas involves inherent risks including but not limited to altitude sickness, adverse weather conditions, natural hazards, and challenging terrain. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks by joining any San Trekking trip.
San Trekking Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in our treks and tours, except where such liability arises from our proven negligence.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, and transportation companies. Any claims against such providers must be pursued directly with them.
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables during the trek. San Trekking Pvt Ltd assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Participants must be in adequate physical condition for their chosen trek. It is your responsibility to assess your own fitness level and to prepare appropriately through training before departure.
All pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, and medications must be disclosed to San Trekking Pvt Ltd at the time of booking. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may void our duty of care.
Our guides have the authority to modify the itinerary or initiate descent at any point if they determine that a participant's health or safety is at risk. This decision is final and made in the best interest of the individual and the group.
All participants must follow the instructions of their assigned guide at all times during the trek. Failure to comply may result in removal from the trek without refund.
San Trekking Pvt Ltd provides the following as part of your trek package (unless otherwise specified):
Participants are responsible for bringing their own personal gear and clothing suitable for the trek. A recommended packing checklist is provided upon booking confirmation.
Any damage to rented or provided equipment caused by the participant will be charged at the full replacement cost. The porter weight limit is 25 kg shared between two trekkers. Excess baggage can be arranged at an additional fee.
By participating in a San Trekking trip, you consent to the use of photographs and video footage taken during the trek for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, brochures, and advertising materials.
If you wish to opt out of having your likeness used for marketing purposes, you must notify us in writing before the trek start date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
San Trekking Pvt Ltd retains all rights to promotional materials, photographs, and videos produced during our treks and tours.
