Terms and Condition

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a trek with our trekking company. By booking a trek with us, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Bookings and Payment:

a) Bookings can be made online, by email, or in person at our office.

b) A deposit of at least 20% of the total cost of the trek or tour is required to confirm your booking.

c) The balance payment must be made when you arrived in Nepal

d) If you are booking within one week of the trek start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

e) We accept payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card.

Cancellation Policy:

a) If you cancel your trek more than 30 days before the start date, we will refund your deposit less a 10% administration fee.

b) If you cancel your trek between 30 and 15 days before the start date, we will refund 50% of the total cost of the trek.

c) If you cancel your trek less than 15 days before the start date, there will be no refund.

d) If you decide to leave the trek early for any reason, there will be no refund.

Health and Fitness:

a) You must be in good physical and mental health to undertake a trek with us.

b) If you have any medical conditions or disabilities, please inform us at the time of booking.

c) We reserve the right to refuse to allow you to participate in the trek if we believe that it would be unsafe for you to do so.

Insurance:

a) You must have travel insurance that covers trekking at high altitudes.

b) Your insurance must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation.

c) You must provide proof of insurance before the start of the trek.

Responsibility:

a) We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during the trek.

b) We are not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that you may suffer during the trek.

c) We are not responsible for any delays or changes to the itinerary due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

d) You are responsible for your safety during the trek.

Itinerary Changes:

a) We reserve the right to change the itinerary of the trek at any time due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

b) We will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative itinerary.

Environmental Responsibility:

a) We are committed to responsible tourism and ask that you respect the environment and local culture during the trek.

b) We ask that you do not litter or damage the environment in any way.

c) We ask that you respect the local culture and customs.

Complaints:

a) If you have any complaints during the trek, please inform your trekking guide immediately.

b) If your complaint is not resolved, please inform us in writing within 30 days of the end of the trek.

Governing Law:

a) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the trek takes place.

b) Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the trek takes place.

Agreement:

a) By booking a trek with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

b) These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
